$50 Visa gift card terms

To qualify, you must:

1. Offer: a $50 Visa digital gift card for completing a Household Protection Review with Luna Family Insurance.
2. Offer valid for submissions received by October 31, 2026 at 11:59pm ET, limited to the first 100 claims.
3. Book an appointment and complete the Household Protection Review with Pablo Luna or a Luna Family Insurance team member.
4. The review must cover 2 or more of your current, in-force insurance policies (for example auto and home), with a declarations page for each policy.
5. Declarations pages for each policy are due at least 24 hours before your appointment.
6. You must have current auto or home insurance to be eligible for the gift card.
7. Be 18 or older and a Florida resident.
8. Be a new prospect. Current Luna Family Insurance / Allstate customers are not eligible.
9. Limit one gift card per household (one per address).
10. No purchase or policy change is required.
11. The digital gift card is delivered by email within 2 business days after your completed review.
12. No-shows, cancellations, duplicate submissions, or reviews without a declarations page for each policy do not qualify.
